1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bx888", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bx888 platform and its operating entity.
• "Platform" means the bx888 website accessible at https://bx888.io and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account by bx888.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or bx888 policy.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process applied to Player accounts.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all time-sensitive provisions in these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with the bx888 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotional terms, form the entire agreement between you and bx888 with respect to your use of the Platform.

2.2 By completing the account registration process, clicking "I agree", or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of this agreement.

2.3 bx888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or by a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bx888 has a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling and will close any account found to be held by a person under 21, with all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. bx888 operates as an offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their country, state, or territory of residence. bx888 does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions as defined in our internal compliance policy.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons lacking legal capacity to contract — including those under legal guardianship — may not register or use the Platform.

3.4 Non-Employee Restriction. Current employees, contractors, directors, agents, or close family members of any person employed by bx888 or its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold a Player account or participate in any promotional offer without prior written consent from bx888 management.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. bx888 uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to keep your account information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bx888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify bx888 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). bx888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill — at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed. bx888 may, at its sole discretion, close an account if KYC requirements cannot be satisfied.

4.5 Account Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting bx888 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your last verified payment method, subject to pending KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bx888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bx888 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The minimum deposit amount via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as payment confirmation is received from the relevant payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for mobile money transfers. bx888 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the bx888 account portal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours for verified accounts during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). bx888 may require additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within any 30-day period. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the bx888 Platform are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (৳ / BDT). bx888 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency transactions will be converted to BDT at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction, which may differ from bank or card provider rates.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

bx888 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures consistent with international best practice. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for unusual patterns. bx888 reserves the right to freeze, delay, or report any transaction that triggers AML screening thresholds. Players must not use bx888 for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. Suspected violations will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bx888 are subject to specific Terms and Conditions published on the relevant promotional page. Players should read these Terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion Terms, standard wagering requirements on bx888 bonus funds are as follows: sports betting bonuses carry a 10x wagering requirement; casino bonuses carry a 20x wagering requirement. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion Terms, after which any remaining Bonus Funds will expire.

6.3 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from the use of Bonus Funds — after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met — are eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.

6.4 bx888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotional offer is withdrawn before a Player has met the relevant Wagering Requirement, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings accumulated to that point will be forfeited.

6.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting promotional offers through systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or similar strategies may have their bonus privileges suspended and their account reviewed.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 bx888 offers betting markets on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other events. Specific rules for each market type are available within the platform's sportsbook section.

7.2 All bets are final once confirmed. bx888 will not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described in clause 7.3 below.

7.3 bx888 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds offered; (b) the relevant sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not replayed within the period specified in the applicable market rules; (c) the outcome of the event has been determined to be affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any illegal activity.

7.4 Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all markets. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be updated by bx888 from time to time without prior notice.

7.5 In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at bx888's sole discretion. bx888 accepts no liability for losses resulting from delays in in-play market suspension.

8. Casino Games

8.1 bx888 offers a range of casino games including live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, game shows) and electronic slot games sourced from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.

8.2 All casino games offered on the bx888 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, independently verified to ensure fair outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or wheel-spinning under real-time camera supervision.

8.3 Technical malfunctions during a casino game session will void the affected game round and any associated wager will be returned to the Player's account Balance. bx888 accepts no liability for losses arising from third-party game provider technical failures beyond a refund of the affected stake.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bx888 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating, sharing, or transferring an account registered in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to generate guaranteed profit.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account or request withdrawals.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bx888 staff or other Players via support channels or live chat.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data from the Platform without written authorisation from bx888.

bx888 reserves the right to report any prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law or where bx888 determines it is in the public interest to do so.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the bx888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and website design — is the property of bx888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted.

10.3 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from bx888.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 bx888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the bx888 Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bx888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform; (c) any bet, wager, or game result on the Platform; (d) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bx888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by bx888's gross negligence — to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13.4 bx888's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 bx888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bx888 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2 Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

14.3 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any disputed event shall govern the resolution of that dispute. The effective date and version number are displayed at the top of this document.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 bx888 operates as an offshore platform. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bx888 is incorporated, which may differ from the laws of Bangladesh.

15.2 Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their country of residence. bx888 makes no representation that the Platform, or any content or service thereon, is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

15.3 In the event of any dispute between a Player and bx888, the Player should first contact bx888 support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. bx888 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

15.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of bx888's country of incorporation for final resolution.
